I just called because I simply wanted to know from what time I can pick up my UPS package. I almost never pick up packages, so I wanted to know if I should come the next day in the morning or in the afternoon. 1. Opening hours are from 8:30 AM. I had to call 4 times before someone even answered the phone. (Okay, maybe it was busy) 2. To my question above, I only got: No idea, I can't search all packages right now. 3. Totally unfriendly. Quote: "If you have a note, then it will be there" I then explained to the young man that I come from a bit further away and therefore do not want to drive there for nothing, which is why I just wanted to know if they would arrive the next day in the morning or only in the afternoon. He finally told me to come around 4 / 5 PM. My goodness, what a mess. I usually never order through UPS, but I had no other option with my order.
